Thank you for shopping with DESCENDANT OF WOLVES. We make all efforts to process your order within 24 hours, however orders placed over weekends or holidays may take a little longer than this due to the human nature of our business. Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation.

NEW ZEALAND
Our New Zealand shipping is a tracked door-to-door service via NZPost.
New Zealand orders incur a flat rate fee of NZ$15.00.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over NZ$150.00.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

AUSTRALIA
Our Australian shipping is a tracked door-to-door service via DHL Express.
Australian orders incur a flat rate fee of AU$35.00.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

UNITED STATES  (US)
Our United States shipping is a door-to-door tracked service via DHL Express.
United States orders incur a flat rate fee of US$35.00.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

REST OF WORLD
We currently do not offer international shipping (outside of NZ, AU and US) via our checkout.
Please email us at sales@descendantofwolves.co.nz to discuss all international orders.
We will happily give you a shipping quote for your location and setup a custom order.

DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days unless advised otherwise.

New Zealand orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days from dispatch.
Australia orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days from dispatch.
United States orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days from dispatch.

TAXES & DUTIES
It is a general rule of thumb that packages with a value below US$1,000.00 are NOT subject to import duties and fees. In the unlikely event, all applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. If a package is refused, the customer will be refunded (including shipping) after the package has been delivered back to our warehouse.
